What to write about
- Something on the site is wrong
- A check that reports something that is not true, a finding whose explanation does not match what it found, a guide with a mistake in it. These are the most useful messages we get, because a scanner that is confidently wrong is worse than no scanner.
- Your data

When you will hear back
These are the statutory deadlines the operator is bound by, not an aspiration. The shortest one that applies to your message is the one that applies.

What this address is not
It is not an emergency line and not a monitored security operations centre. If your own site is being attacked right now, your hosting provider and your national CERT can act; we can only read a message.
